No response from Bokomo re Quality

I emailed Bokomocare on the 23rd of June regarding an inedible jar of Marmite I had purchased, attaching a picture of the guilty jar's batch number and the expiry date (28/01/2016).<br> I informed them that the jar was still more than 3/4 full, & that they were welcome to have it back as long as they could assure me that it was a once off problem. The exact words I used were \Need you to restore my faith in my favourite spread."<br> And I had no reply. Either the people at Bokomo have no interest in retaining loyal customers"
