No Responce
I had bought a box of weetbix around the 25th May 2015, when we made the cereal it was lumpy and tasted funny, I emailed on the 28th May 2015 with photos about our experience, got a reply on the 29th May 2015, saying a formal complaint will be logged and forwarded to head office and asking for my telephone number for a Customer care representative to call me, and when I have not received any feed back I email again requesting feedback this being on the 24 June 2015, till this day 18 August 2015 I have still not received any feedback. I will not buy any more bokomo products until this matter is solved.
