Maggots in ProNutro Bar

Dear Bokomo Team,

I am writing to express my absolute disgust and outrage after finding maggots in a Chocolate ProNutro bar I purchased from Dischem Cornubia. This experience has been incredibly distressing and unacceptable.

As a long-time customer, I have always trusted Bokomo for quality and safety. However, this incident has severely damaged my confidence in your products. Discovering maggots in a food item is appalling and raises serious concerns about your manufacturing and quality control processes.

Moreover, when I reported this issue to Dischem Cornubia, they mentioned that this is not the first time such a complaint has been made about your products. This is deeply concerning and indicates a recurring problem that needs immediate attention.

To make matters worse, I had already consumed half of the bar before discovering the maggots. This has caused me significant distress and concern for my health. As a result, I had to visit the pharmacy and purchase deworming tablets and activated charcoal to address potential health risks.

I urge you to investigate this matter urgently and provide an explanation for how this could have happened. I also expect immediate steps to be taken to ensure no other customers have to endure such a repulsive experience.

I look forward to your swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this serious issue.
