“From Childhood Favourite to Complete Disappointment: Bokomo Has Lost My Trust”

I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes made by Bokomo Foods. Discontinuing Matabela was already frustrating, as it was a staple in many households and a product people genuinely loved. Now, to make matters worse, the change in the taste of Pronutro Chocolate is unacceptable.

Pronutro Chocolate has been a childhood favourite for years, something many of us grew up enjoying and trusted for its consistency and quality. The new taste, however, is completely off-putting. It no longer resembles the product I once loved—it’s unpleasant and honestly quite disgusting.

It feels like loyal customers have been completely overlooked in these decisions. Instead of improving or maintaining quality, these changes have driven me away from the brand entirely.

I will not be purchasing any Bokomo products again. This has been a very disappointing experience from a brand I once trusted.
