Empty promises
<p>So they make a song and dance about thanking SA for supporting them. I won 2 prices and was told on the 20th already it will take 72hrs to get my prices. Guess what I am still waiting. On top of that I called their line way after 8:30 and kept getting their voice recorder message telling me their operating hours are from 8:30 I should leave a message</p>

I have had 3 calls already. Still no sms with the vouchers i was promised
I have had 3 calls already. Still no sms with the vouchers i was promised
People at this business does not understand the meaning of client service or urgency. Can it be possible that i won on the 20th and I keep having to call them and be asked the same thing...did you not get your prizes yet?...duh...if i received it would i still be calling?...Nelly, Sim, Norma, Dwayne, Colleen just to name a few. I probably spoke to the whole company already and still no messages as promised every day with my vouchers......and the ones who call back following up on hellopeter complaints don't actually do anything they just call to apologize and tell you that they will be passing the buck to the competitions department..........disgusted
