Cracked tooth

<p>We always buy the muesli from Bokomo. Three weeks ago husband cracked his posterior molar on the muesli he ate. A complaint was lodged with Bokomo. They came and collected the muesli and after that no positive response.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meant time we saw a dentist and wanted a solution to have the tooth filled if needed and also maybe to do a core build up. The cost of these procedures were extremely high and the dentist suggested we extract the tooth which was done last week Saturday. The extraction did not go as planned and now he is left with root residues in his mandibular and pain in his lower jaw. He now need a surgical extraction which his medical aid does not cover and which we surely don’t have money for.</p> <p> </p> <p>The least Bokomo can do is give him some feedback or assist us or suggest a way going forward. Why list customer care numbers/email addresses if you are unable to deal with the queries and complaints.</p>
