Chemical poisoning in Pronutro

At the end of August I raised a product complaint with Bokomo Foods regarding the Banana Pronutro. The product had a foul chemical smell. I made it clear that I was not looking for any credit but was genuinely interested in updating Bokomo on this product as it was really bad. Then a few emails back & forth (I supp**** batch number) and now silence / no response to emails..... Bokomo have never contacted Me to collect the product or anything. They simply couldn't care less. Please folks be very careful to buy Pronutro from Bokomo as its quite clear they have ZERO quality control in place and simply don't care about complaints
