Burnt electric wire Cereal....
Good day,
I bought X2 boxes of Bokomo corn flakes at Superstore in Dlamini(Soweto) on the 2nd of August 2023 and they were on promotion.I opened the box recently and there was an odor inside the pack,it was like a burnt electric wire.Myself and my daughter tried to consume the cereal but the smell was really disturbing.
Kindly assist further relating to this matter as i always purchase this brand and what i experience was really disappointing and unsafe.

18 Aug 2023, 15:37Pioneer foods contacted me and my case is still not resolved and when i contacted the customer service,i was told that y case was resolved howevr it was not resolved.
Terrible quality of the cereal seems to be a norm and when reported there is no solution to it.
I am dissapointed and the company does not ensure customers choose their brand.
