Bokomo nightmare

Pioneer foods/Bokomo has provided nothing but bad services. After I purchased a box of cereal which had no protective plastic covering the weetbix blocks which is a huge concern to me seeing that it's a brand held in such high regard. Not only was it exposed to the cardboard box but it was also stale due to this " malfunction in production line" After sending numerous emails and eventually getting feedback from the customer care line they reassured me that I would hear from them in 72 business hours . It has been 2 weeks so far and still NOTHING . I am highly unsatisfied by the customer service received. As a consumer of this product it is very disappointing and presented as a major health hazard indeed, as nobody knows what environments those boxes of cereal was exposed to and we are just expected to sit back and consume the products sold on shelves. This is impeccably ridiculous and I expect that something should be done about this!!!
