Bokomo competition

So Bokomo ran a competition that ended on 31 July 2024, so had won R100 cash voucher. They used Absa to send the cash send, only 10 digits numbers were sent, in which the pin was supposed to be sent by Bokomo. Their Facebook page admin has no clue on this competition, i wonder how she got to work there while she cant answer questions that we have as the competition was also advertised on the app. She had since too my details and said tbeh will investigate, weeks later im still waiting, they dont respond to emails, the admin on Facebook is no longer responding too. There are plenty complains on their page also, why run a competition with no budget? Airtime and other cash sends were said to be received in 7 to 14 days which has passed now. Their shoprite vouchers are also invalid, embarrassing people in store.
