Bad products and no response to complaints

I purchased a kilogram pronutro, expiry date still in the future. When I opened it, it had a foul smell. I used the web form to ask for a replacement, this request was ignored and I had no response. I used the 'consumercare' email address provided on the 'Contact Us' page of their website, and this request was also plainly ignored. No responsibility is being taken for bad products.
