Bad customer care
A few weeks back i found something very questionable in my child's otees cereal, something that was not supposed to be there. I contacted bokomo and they were very quick to come collect the sample. I emailed them after that asking for some feedback on this as they were so quick to contact me to get the item that was found but then nothing was heard from them after that. Such terrible service and customer care!!
