ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchase apparel weekly from Bogart Man Sun City. The service is always good however i am beyond dissatisfied with the manner my query is being managed. I bought another suit from Bogart Sun City Branch , where the stitching was substandard and returned it the following week after speaking with Joseph who assured me that the replacement suit would be available the next week that I returned. This did not happen and was advised that Head Office insisted that they wanted to resolve the issue themselves to which I agreed. It has another week and I have not received a single call or confirmation of what is happening. It is safe to say that you have lost a weekly customer. I will continue to get this resolved but you need to seriously look at your after sales service which is non existent.
