Worse service, no customer service while I paid upfront

I placed an order online on the 25.1, I paid n I included all my details for delivery. Courier came for delivery but they didn't have contact details and there was Block number so they couldn't deliver, yesterday I made a follow only to be told to call courier, my order was then delivered but its wrong, I ordered a painted stretch denim but I received a victory collect BHJ19. I sent an email yesterday but no one has responded
