TERRIBLE After Sales Service - I'M SO DONE Dealing with these CLOWNS

Unbelievable after sales disservice I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. You'll simply get ignored, both on email and phonecall. At a time they respond to your email, if you're lucky, you'll be sold some washed out story about them having problems with the courier. From there they disappear and make you run after them to no avail. Useless brand that is overrated in many ways...
