Request for refund

I’m am so disappointed at how this store is treating their customers, firstly their salesman approached my husband asking him to come and support to business and like a young black man trying to support a brother he went to the store and spent over R10k worth of clothing. He then realised that one trouser was too small and requested a refund on it seeing that he had already bought most of the items he liked there wasn’t anything else he wanted an exchange on. They made such a big deal of the no refund policy that they gave in store, I’m disappointed because the store should make provision for such clients he could’ve easily refused the request by the salesman but he didn’t and this is the treatment he is being subjected to when requesting that only one item be refunded. Wow! Sadly so they’ve lost another customer and have gained yet another big negative review failing to rectify this shows that they do not care about their customers.
