What a disappointment from the Head office staff.Not forgetting the the staff from Fourways branch also. I've never been humiliated like that in my lifetime. I made a laybye of items on the 23 Jan through EFT and paid 5k,just when I when I went to fetch with the balance I was told there was no payment reflecting.I sent the pop and still told me nothing from their side. A manager by the Name Kenny also confirmed the non receipt of the payment and just left me at lurch like that. I had to drive to their ***** looking Headoffice in Malboro as I could sense some victimization from calls. I then got the Lady who introduced herself as the account manager and asked me to give her more time as they have ***** cases and can't release the goods. I asked for ceo,s number and they gave me wrong numbers which are in my possession. Just because I drove she the called me to say the now identify the transaction and I can get my goods. It was just humilating to be victimized as a *****star and held from pillar to Post for 7hours. I ask myself if this is reaching the Ceo office and is doing about such ************ practice and personel.
