Poor Service From Bogart Man

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Bogart Man. I made an online purchase specifically because the item was not available in-store. The transaction went through successfully, and I expected to collect my order without any issues.

However, when I arrived for collection, I was told that the item was no longer available. This makes no sense, as payment was already processed and the purchase was confirmed.

To make matters worse, instead of receiving a cash refund, I was given a voucher. I did not pay using a voucher, so I do not understand why I should be refunded with one.

This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor service. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently.
