Poor service Bogart Man

I bought a jacket for R4200 in April 2024,unfortunately it was the last one in my size and it had a small stain,they said they will exchange it for me,unfortunately all the stuff where I bought it got fired,I went to head office to get assistance, and 5 months later of back and forth to the place,multiple calls,I still don't have my jacket. I'm utterly disappointed with the treatment I am receiving from Bogart Man.
