Horrible customer service

Hi Bogart Online, please can you help me with.. We placed an order 19 November 2025 a suit to be used today. With all your empty promises 4-7 days delivery condition. Today 4 December order not received no help from you guys even your courier cant be accessed since they received the waybill last night. 😒. I really want to tell you that you have spoiled our graduation day. You don't take us serious. We ordered before black Friday avoiding all this but you completely failed 😔 us.
