Complaint Regarding Shrinking Shirt Purchased at Bogart Liberty Mal

Good day,

I purchased a shirt from Bogart Liberty Mall for R3,200. After only two hand washes, the shirt shrank noticeably. I returned it to the store, but I was told that nothing could be done.

This experience is extremely disappointing, especially given the premium pricing of Bogart clothing. I did not expect such poor quality, nor such a lack of after-sales support.

Please take note that due to this incident, I will not be purchasing from Bogart again and will share my experience with others.
