Bogart Man poor customer service

I bought shoes on the 1st Feb at Bogart Man Secunda, the shoes was ordered since they didn’t have size in store. I collected the shoes on the 9th Feb which I found them on the box written display. I wore the shoes the next day which was the 10th, I noticed that the shoes are cracking and the stitch is getting damaged. I took pictures and reported the matter to the sales person with the pictures on the same day. On the 1st March I got a call from the sales person telling me that his boss is saying it’s my fault, they are refusing to refund me. They took back the shoes claiming that they will sort out the matter and a week later they called me to collect the shoes which I found them worse than before, fixed with marking pen. I am not happy with their service and I will make a noise until I get back my money
