Guys firstly for a premium brand like you I am very disappointed Your guys are more concerned about personal sales than customer satisfaction over the past week you had amazing online and in-store specials. however you guys decided to add some inconvenience as all of your lines in all the stores were not working as a result I had to drive around for all stores in Gauteng looking for a specific product one store even confirmed they had stock when I asked someone to check on my behalf and upon arrival they told me there is no stock Only to say sorry the system is down and did not update.
