Bad Experience Bad Service

BOGART at mall of Africa Johannesburg - my husband was interested in a jacket that we were told was on sale. The original price was R1450 and the sales guy said we will pay half of that. I went to the bathroom and when I came back, my husband had swiped his card. When we got the slip we realized we were charged R1450, confused we asked them about the sale, they said not that specific jacket cos it was the last one but we asked holding the same jacket and we were told it's on sale. Next thing the story changes and we eventually requested our money back, they refused to give my money back. I told the manager I'm going g back to Bloemfontein and he told me sorry mam we can give you your money back. I was very disappointed how these people treated us and **** to US. Came back to Bloem with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop there again.
