Unprofessional conduct

Despite my initial session going really well with Chantelle - once the contract was done and payment made in full a month in advance... it was total downhill from there. No futher communication was received, let alone training times. Somehow Chantelle was no longer taking me on and it just somehow wasn't communicated to me. I was messaging and calling as well as requesting for Katherine to call me and get clarification, but that too slipped through the cracks. So disappointing and unprofessional!! After forwarding everything through to Katherine, still no call.. this type of conduct and treatment to your clients is so unprofessional! Please refund my money with utmost urgency
