Bad service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BodyBack and feel that the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. Firstly, their response times were slow. When I eventually approached BodyBack for assistance, I was referred to one of their trainers. However, this was a trainer I had already approached privately several months ago about training. At the time, I became ill and had to put the training on hold. When I approached BodyBack again last week, they referred me to this same trainer and only subsequently realised that I had previously been in contact with her. The situation then became even more ridiculous. The trainer has now refused to train me because I am supposedly a BodyBack client. I am NOT a BodyBack client and have never received training through BodyBack. To add insult to injury, when I originally approached this trainer privately, she quoted me a price that was approximately half of what BodyBack quoted me for the same trainer. So, to summarise: I contacted BodyBack for assistance, waited for a response, was referred to a trainer I had already approached privately, was then told that I apparently couldn’t use that trainer because I was a BodyBack client — despite never having been one — and was quoted approximately double the price I had previously been given directly by the trainer. This has left me questioning the transparency of BodyBack’s pricing and the way they manage their relationship with their trainers and potential clients. I expected a professional service and straightforward communication. Instead, I have experienced delays, confusion, contradictory information and what feels like an unnecessarily complicated situation. Based on this experience, I would think twice before recommending BodyBack to anyone.

Unprofessional conduct
Despite my initial session going really well with Chantelle - once the contract was done and payment made in full a month in advance... it was total downhill from there. No futher communication was received, let alone training times. Somehow Chantelle was no longer taking me on and it just somehow wasn't communicated to me. I was messaging and calling as well as requesting for Katherine to call me and get clarification, but that too slipped through the cracks. So disappointing and unprofessional!! After forwarding everything through to Katherine, still no call.. this type of conduct and treatment to your clients is so unprofessional! Please refund my money with utmost urgency
