Obtaining personal details without consent

I received a mail from Body Back on my work e-mail address . This is quite concerning. The company wanted me to try out their home gym sessions for free. I then responded from my Gmail and cell phone asking Nicole how they obtained my personal information and that I find the content and tone of their email demeaning. On a number of occasions I asked who shared my personal information with their company. Her answer read as follow.... Hi , thanks again for your messages. I have expunged all your details from the system as of yesterday morning, that includes the details of your reference. Have a wonderful weekend.
