Tshwarelo Is a Champion!
Tshwarelo turned a very bad experience into an ethereal one. ✨️ She is a reflection of what customer service should be about.
In a country where customer service is diminishing a few people can take notes from Tshwarelo. She went above and beyond to ensure I was heard and that I was human, and not just another "customer" to deal with. She sent emails and phoned to provide indepth updates on the processes. Also, she acknowledged the faults that weren't hers and took accountability for the taxing processes that the company needs to improve on.
Due to the way everything was handled by Tshwarelo, I will definitely be using their services in the future.
