Transparency please!!!

Such a convenient service filled with so much hidden information! I pay after each courier pick up logged and I just got an addition R254+ charged on my account that "mysteriously" got paid (without authorization)!! There's a clause somewhere in a different TAB about how once you reach 80% of your limit; uAfrica will deduct the money themselves! This information is not readily embedded in the account you use on the daily but on the uAfrica website... right at the bottom, in 1 of the 4 TABS therein! This is after experiencing breakage of items (3 times over) that they won't replace because of a special exclusion!! Oh, this information will be found on the link of the particular courier under another TAB! Surely they know what matters and what the customer would definitely want to know and this could be information on FAQ's on the client's account on any of TABS! Oh, and the insurance on the products is not called that so it's easy for you to not insure your products because it doesn't appear that there's an option for it but right at the bottom, under some obscure title, in a tiny box, you can click it as an add on, if you are smart enough to decode it! Is transparency too much to ask for?!!
