The rudest delivery guy I ever had with bad attitude

Terrible service from a delivery guy

The guy gave me attitude when I asked him to drop the parcel to my next of kin,he told me how he won’t be able to deliver my parcel at that address which is same street as mine, he shouted me & the receiver & refused to give his name, while I was giving him directions to the address he hanged the phone & was not picking for about 30min. The attute he gave me was also shared to the receiver, he made a u-turn & left with the parcel while the receiver was right infront of him to collect,when the receiver told him he didn’t appreciate his attitude & rudeness,he didn’t bother to apologise…when he wa asked where to sign or write the name on the delivery receipt, he responded “wherever you want “the delivery receipt can attest to that ….I demand an apology from that driver
