Refused refund

Signed up to Bobgo as their courier service rates were good. But upon placing my first shipment with them they didn't collect my package nor did they deliver. They collected someone else package and delivered that package. Then they refuse my refund claim stating that they delivered the package. Even through it was not my package that they delivered. How does 2 orders get the same waybill number? And a perfume sample of 60g is not a laptop that weighs +/- 3kg as stated on the waybill. And to my knowledge Mustek does not do perfume. I had to collect the laptop myself, I should invoice them for my time and petrol. Utterly disappointed.
