No value added
Yet another middleman that only collects money but adds zero value for the end user. Courier service in South Africa is a joke to begin with but now with bob (no)go it is even worse (if that is possible). Their 'solution' provides no, zero, zip value to the end user, the person waiting to receive the package. This just shows that with enough money you can launch a business that solves a problem that does not exist yet and makes a problem that exist even worse.

You inserted your service in between the courier and the merchant and then allow the merchant to select an inferior level of service while you take a fee for providing this 'service' In the meant time the poor sod who ordered a product now sit with the mess. Courier services in south Africa are poor to begin with and adding another role player will not solve the issue, it will, and already has provided yet another layer of excuses.
