No shipping quotes on website with account paid in advance

Double paid for my uafrica subscription end Jan 2024. I was told it would be app**** end Feb. Come friday afternoon 1 March when I checked nothing app**** and account blocked resulting in no courier quotes on my website. No after hours support. Closed fridat at 4pm. My complaint laying in their inbox until Monday. Loosing business.
