Lost my delivery
My package was out for delivery on 3 May I needed it for upcoming travel on Sunday 5 May. The supplier assured me I'd have it on Friday 3 May. I received shipping confirmation it was out for delivery by BobGo.
I was at work and sent the pin to my helper who took delivery.
When I returned home I noted the package wasn't mine it was someone else's package with a different waybill number and containing silicone rings which is not what I ordered.
When I phoned Bob go it was evident they wouldn't assist me and they had no idea where my package was.
They sent a driver to collect the incorrect package but did not deliver my package.
I am not sure why they bother with a pin security measure if they're able to deliver incorrect products.
It was an expensive product I don't recommend this company
