Lies about attempted deliveries when never trying.

This is the second time I ordered from a company where they use Bob Go. Both times the delivery was apparently attempted, but no attempt was ever made.

I work from home, I'm always available to accept packages. I do not appreciate being **** to when they apparently make an "attempt" to deliver packages. This seems to be a pattern with them now and I would try and avoid them and rather use other companies like The Courier Guy.
