Cut the middle man, go directly to your courier service provider.
Using Bobgo courier service. ********* business practise where fees are added days after delivery for parcel dropped off. After weeks of trying to understand why the additional fees, the company staff can still not explain why the fees were charged.
Stay away and rather go directly to your preferred courier service provider.
