Apparently "ensure" has a different meaning to BobGo.
This is day 3 of waiting on a delivery. Day 1: No delivery. Driver shows up at my work address in the middle of the night. I am (for obvious reasons not at work to receive order). Day 2: I contact BobGo to explicitly ask that delivery not be made to my work address in the middle of the night as well, I wont be there. No delivery. Driver shows up after hours AGAIN> Day 3: I contact BobGo again to reiterate that deliveries in the middle of the night will not work, AND the delivery company assures delivery before a certain time. I am told, verbatim, in writing that their courier agent will "ensure delivery today". No delivery.

When we followed up with the courier, they assured us they would ensure delivery on the specified day. Unfortunately, this promise was not met, and we apologise for the additional frustration this caused.
Thank you for confirming that the parcel was delivered. We have escalated this issue with the courier partner to ensure that deliveries are made on time especially when additional instructions have been provided.
