A pointless service

A completely pointless service. Just find the 5 couriers in your area and compare the prices yourself and work with the courier directly. Bobgo adds a layer in the process that provides no benefit at all. They constantly change prices, have no accountability, don't understand their own process and are clunky and manual. I am taking them to court over damaged shipments that they charge me 3 times the quoted price for. If you work directly with the courier, they will give you discounts, reimbur*****ts, etc. Bobgo can do nothing.
