A lot of back and forth, and yet no resolution 😕
I used their services on to send a parcel cross province, unfortunately, the dimensions were incorrect and only realized this after the courier was booked.
I phoned Bobgo to inform them about this error and the agent informed me that I could either cancel the courier, or wait for it to be delivered and I would then be refunded the difference to my bank account.
This incident happened on 24/6/2024, today is 9/7/2024 and I still haven't received the refund. It's been a back and forth of emails and I'm informed by Nicole that their billing department will only process the refund on Friday as that is when payments are done. Bobgo, please improve on your service delivery because I communicated how this needed to be resolved before I left the country and yet here we are. My plan leaves in a few hours without the issue being resolved.
