still waiting on a reply since the 8th of septembe

What a way to treat loyal customers I am still waiting its now the 19th of september and I've sen bob martin two inquiries and complained here but they couldn't care less well I hope everyone reads my complaint so they do not have to go through what I'm going through I had to finally throw the 8kg bag away please do not waste your time with BOB MARTIN DOG FOOD I'm now a pedigree customer :)
