<p>I contacted Bob Martin yesterday regarding a concern I had with one of thier products. (I was not the easiest I will admit as I was extremely upset). Despite this, the lady (Jaimee-Leigh) maintained her professional manner and calmly listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. She was very polite and fully willing to assist me.
