Pamper not pamper at all

My partner and I have been buying pamper cat food from pick n pay for over twenty years having very few problems with the product . But in March end of February of 2023 we bought our usual stock which amounts to approximately 220 sachets a month only to find that part two boxes 50 to 60 sachets had swollen and burst in our pantry and made the whole kitchen stink and had been infected with maggots . We took all the sachets that had burst or were of the same flavor and separated them and threw them out as it was disgusting. The amount of sachets was about 50 to 60 I then informed Bob Martin that we had this problem, they acknowledged and nothing was ever done about it except for a few emails stating acknowledgement The emails were from a person named Sivan After trying to phone sivan for about a month I finally got through and was told we were at fault for storing it in our pantry so nothing would be done about it. I have photos of the food with dates which I emailed to them. We have stopped all purchases of the product since then and have switch to a more responsible company’s product
