Pamper Mince Cat Food

One of the first signs that companies don't have customer care, is when they are too scared to publish an email address. As I have 5 elderly cats, I have been buying the Pamper Mince sachets....which were available in Beef, Chicken, Seafood.....but from about 3 months ago this product has been difficult to source. I have tried all the retail shops and can only sometimes.find loose Beef Mince sachets. I off course got hold of Pamper on Facebook and was informed that they are busy with this.....when I queried a date or a timeline....there was no response. Just another sign of a good South African company with a good product...trusting their marketing a customer care to totally *********** staff members.....Pity..it was great product...but I am sure I will find an alternative with the competition. That is what happens when we try and support local.
