No Service

Good products but no customer service and don't care attitude. I have purchased their cat food for many years and lately I have found their wet food is rotten or swollen packets. You can never get through to their switchboard. They only use WhatsApp to respond to you and said you robotic like "Thank for your Enquiry" and we will get back to you.

If you leave messages for customers services, they are always off sick and never get back to you. They also send robotic emails as "Thank You we take quality seriously" etc.

They send you a voucher to fob you off and sweep the complaint under the carpet. I wont be buying their products anymore.
