Maggots in Friskies Sachets

I have had a horrible experience that started on saturday with me discovering maggots in my recently purchased box of Friskies sachets. I washed and dried each sachet individually, throwing away any that seemed infested. Today I discover more maggots and a horrible stench. I contacted Friskies several times, eventually at 1:41pm I get an email for the requirements as to what they need (mind you I had been in contact since 8:10am). After sending through the required information and pictures as best I could without rummaging too much in the maggots that had been festering since 8am I receive a dismissive email saying they cannot see anything amiss with the product. I responded immediately with pictures of the maggots on the sachets (by now I am completely nauseas and my asthma is flaring up due to the stench). I am bitterly disappointed that this matter has not been treated with any such urgency, despite being a regular customer who has purchased this product for over 5 years which my cats eat daily. I welcome Friskies to come collect the sachets and determine the source of the maggots - I already did this on Saturday and do not wish to keep redoing this exercise. I am appalled with how this has been handled and will no longer be purchaing Friskies pouches as well as advising others within the cat community.

Although the start to this journey was very slow and seemingly uninterested, I was swiftly assisted the following morning and received compensating vouchers the day after that which is very speedy service. Thank you for rectifying this situation.
