I would like to post a follow up on my complaint against Bob Martin online shop. Firstly, they did not sorted the R100 shipping fee which was not suppose to be charged... Instead I got a voucher for free shipping on my next order...which I will never use as my first order has not be delivered.... Shocking admin and clients are definitely not a priority....
