Getting less than what you pay for!

We regularly purchase Pamper Cat Food. Not for the first time, the wet food pouches, which are supposed to weigh 85 g net, weigh less than that. In the latest instance, we had a pouch in their multi-pack, which only weighs 47 g including packaging. and it feels from the outside if there is only some kind of liquid in there. The pouch is still in its original condition. We had sent email to their consumer address *** on 04 September 2023 with pictures attached but have not received any response yet.
