Bob Martin don't respond!!

I purchased a box of pamper wet cat food, which is 1 of 6 a month and some of the packets wetter sealed but empty. I contacted them on 4 June no reply then suddenly I get a response on 21 June to get no further. I am very disappointed in this service as they should be a Premier pet food supplier but at the moment they are failing, badly. Please do not contact me to ask me for details, everything is on an email to them. I would like a resound to this please. Star rating had to be 1 as there is nothing for a minus!!
