Bad Attitude And Passing The Buck!

<p>My recent encounter with a person from customer care, Jaimee-Leigh Geddes on a complaint: "We would advise on perhaps adding some Beeno Biscuits to the dog food, as the larger pieces will slow the "gobbling" effect and ensure that he chews the food"</p> <p>My complaint:Good day, I purchased two bags of Bob Martin Dry Dog Food. The dog food is for Adult dogs, however the bag contains small pellets. My dog is unable to eat it as it it gets stuck under the lips, thereby resulting in my dog trying to just swallow it. I took both bags back to Checkers Hyper in Pavion, Durban and they had refused to take it back as the bags were opened. What do I do now as my dogs cannot eat these?</p>
