Xenon bulb replacement results in damaged light

On 05/12/2014 my 2006 BMW 323i was booked for a service at Leo Haese Centurion to replace the left front xenon light. This mission cost about R4 500.

When I got my car the afternoon, after the bulb was replaced, the left front light made a strange clunk sounds when the light adjusts itself.

Being a human, I went on holiday with my family and did not attend to the problem. On holiday I also noticed that the light fogs up when exposed to water. Quite strange.

On 26/01/2015 I returned to car to Leo Haese Centurion to attend to the matter of my headlight. I was informed that the repair/replacement of the light would be almost R16 000.

On 29/01/2015 I was contacted by BMW SA telling me that the dealership will not take responsibility for damaging my headlight and that the damage to the light is caused by wear and tear.

I have heard less bull **** from Julius Malema.

So, BMW, thank you for nothing. Thank you for not appreciating any client loyalty and thank you for not caring.

Thank you for damaging my headlight and not taking any responsibility.
